Preliminary Meeting
In our initial meeting with homeowners, we aim to learn exactly what you need in a new home. In learning your style preferences and ideas, we can help find an appropriate budget for your project and start to realize your new home plans.
Design & Project Plan
Once we’ve completed an initial meeting, we get to work on the design and layout of your home. We work with you every step of the way in this process to add interior and exterior features that you need in your dream home. At this stage, we can provide you with a proper estimate. At this stage, we’re just about ready to start the project.
Framing & Construction
Once the plan and design are finalized, we’re ready to break ground. With our experienced construction team, we bring them home to life. Our skilled team of framers provides the home with a solid structure and good bones. We provide you with updates throughout the build. Adjustments are likely to happen once you see progress. Our team stays flexible and communicates to meer your needs. We work efficiently but never rush the project; completing a home that will be in your family for generations is the goal.
